How do I prepare for an Oesophageal Reflux Study?
Fasting from midnight.
What happens during an Oesophageal Reflux Study?
You will be asked to drink 1 cup of milk or milk substitute (eg. almond milk, oat milk, lactose free milk) and we take pictures for1hr. We will then ask you to return 2hrs and possibly 6hrs later for some more pictures which will take 45mins to 1hr.

How long does an Oesophageal Reflux Study take?
The first component will be 1hr, the second and possibly third component will be 45mins to 1hr each.
When can I expect the results of my Oesophageal Reflux Study?
Results are usually ready the next day.
