Dr Ivan Ho Shon
Ivan is managing physician at NMI. He trained at Royal North Shore and St George Hospitals and at Guy’s & St Thomas’s Hospitals in London. He is a Senior Staff Specialist at Prince of Wales Hospital and senior lecturer and academic at UNSW. He has published more than 40 scientific papers and has authored chapters for several textbooks. Dr Michael Lin
Michael graduated from Guy’s & St Thomas’s Hospitals. He trained in London and Sydney with interests in Cardiology and PET imaging. He is a Senior Staff Specialist at Liverpool Hospital and lecturer at UNSW and WSU. Michael is Director of Training and Research supervisor for UNSW and RACP. See Publications
Dr Peter Lin
Peter has worked at Liverpool Hospital and South Western Sydney in Nuclear Medicine and Medical Imaging for over 20 years. He graduated from the University of Sydney, and undertook training in Oncology and Nuclear Medicine. He holds senior lecturer appointments at the University of NSW and Western Sydney University and is involved in incorporating Medical Imaging into the undergraduate curriculum. He was involved in the validation of PET for Medicare funding in Australia. His current research interests include molecular imaging and targeted molecular therapy in Head and Neck cancer, neuroendocrine tumour, prostate cancer, and dementia imaging. See Publications
Dr Quyen Nguyen
Quyen graduated from UNSW in 1996. He trained at St Vincent’s & Liverpool Hospitals and completed a fellowship in ultrasound and PET at Westmead hospital. He is a staff specialist in Nuclear Medicine at Liverpool Hospital and has interests in cardiac and bone imaging.
Dr John Kok
John is a dual-trained Nuclear Medicine Physician and Endocrinologist. He trained in Nuclear Medicine and Endocrinology at Liverpool and Westmead Hospitals. He is a VMO at Canterbury Hospital. His interests include thyroid imaging/therapy and osteoporosis/BMD. He speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
